1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Decision OS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Intellectual property

The Service, including its source code, design, copy, brand, methodology, scorecards, frameworks, and all proprietary content, is owned by Decision OS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.

You may not: (a) copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service; (b) use the Service to build a competing product; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices; (d) use any automated system, bot, or scraper to access the Service; (e) republish, resell, or sublicense access to the Service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the decisions, team data, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

5. Acceptable use

You will not: use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, transmit malware, or submit content that infringes the rights of others.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights generated by the Service are accurate or suitable for any particular decision.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decision OS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Decision OS is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
